Support and Resistance Explained
A beginner-friendly explanation of zones where price behaviour may change.
Support and resistance are commonly used technical-analysis concepts. Support refers to an area where buying interest has historically appeared; resistance refers to an area where selling pressure has appeared.
These are better treated as zones rather than perfect lines. Price can move through them, retest them or remain volatile around them.
What to practise
Use historical charts and mark repeated reaction areas. Then review what happened after the level was tested. Avoid treating one level as a guaranteed reversal point. The purpose of practice is to build observation and risk awareness.
