Refund & Cancellation Policy

The following rules match the current StockSkill program brochure and should be shown consistently on course pages and checkout.

Within 48 hours of successful payment

70% of the amount paid is refundable. 30% is retained as an administrative/enrollment deduction.

After 48 hours, before course commencement

50% of the amount paid is refundable.

After course commencement or substantial course access

Generally no refund, except where required by applicable law or specifically approved under the published policy.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, subject to payment-gateway and banking timelines.

Course-specific terms

If a course page states additional course-specific cancellation conditions, those terms apply together with this policy.

Request

Refund requests should include the student name, registered email, order/payment reference and reason and should be sent to info@stockskill.in.
